Indigo Forest Designs uses 100% real wood to create our jewelry. Did you know that some of the wood we use is hundreds of years old? Because wood is a natural product, it is sensitive to moisture and temperature. It is good to keep this in mind when choosing a place to store your wood jewelry designs. Store your wood jewelry in a cool and dry environment.

LAST ON, FIRST OFF. Make this a part of your jewelry routine! Hairspray, cosmetics, and perfumes can damage the finish on jewelry. Try using this tip to help keep them looking like new. This is a good habit to have when wearing any type of jewelry not just your IFD pieces 

Would you shower with your wood coffee table? I think not! You may use a soft jewelry cleaning cloth to clean them or wipe them with a damp cloth and immediately dry them with a soft cloth. DO NOT use chemical cleaners. You can also use a very small amount of bee’s wax or olive oil to buff the surface of the wood to add some extra shine.
